While working for real estate marketing company, I had to tweak outside photos and new construction images, so that images represent houses better. I would add nice skies, paved driveways, grass lawns, fill pools with water, remove outside wires.
Key improvements: perspective correction, contrast adjustment, exposure/color correction, objects removal/addition, compositing of different elements into one photo.
