While working for a real estate marketing company it was my main responsibility to create marketing materials for different real estate agents representing different realties. Part of the marketing materials were designed brochures, postcards, business cads, folders, etc., most were printed using outside vendors.
It was my responsibility to come up with the design, get edits and final approval from agents and send final piece to the printer, so that agents would have needed materials before open houses, conventions or internal meetings.
8.5 x 11 brochure - This brochure was done for the open house. The idea was to implement as many pictures that represent the apartment as well as the highlights and the floor plan.
8.5 x 5.5 Sold postcard - This template was created for Coach Realtors to be used for various occasions: Listed, Sold, or Listed and Sold.
2010 ad for Remax Magazine - Ad was designed to bring more real estate customers to use services provided by Edberg Marketing.
